Summary The Director of Manufacturing Engineering leads the development, optimization, and implementation of manufacturing processes to ensure efficient, high-quality, and cost-effective production. This role oversees production engineering, continuous improvement initiatives, and product industrialization efforts, working cross-functionally with design, operations, and quality teams to bring new products to market and enhance existing manufacturing capabilities. Responsibilities Strategic oversight of manufacturing development, process engineering, continuous improvement, and facilities maintenance by setting goals and developing strategies to optimize processes. Manage a team of engineers and technicians to meet business goals through target setting and KPI development that align with operational goals. Lead manufacturing engineering in designing and implementing new manufacturing processes to industrialize new products and technologies using lean methodology. Develop new product integration strategies for manufacturing as well as lead improvements of current production processes to meet aggressive growth targets. Lead analysis of manufacturing processes to identify wastes and drive actions to improve productivity and quality. Lead and mentor team members to meet business goals, while developing succession plans and managing performance. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering. 10+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Proven experience in new product introduction (NPI) and scaling production processes. Data-driven decision making skills. Experience in project and change management. Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and industrial engineering principles. Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering. Proficiency in CAD, ERP, and manufacturing execution systems (MES). Location:

This position is located on-site in Longmont, CO. Base Compensation:

$125,000 - $165,000 depending on qualifications and experience. Closing Date:

August 8th, 2025. The position may close early based on application volume and hiring needs.
