Interior Product & Sales Consultant – Tile & Surface Collections
to join our luxury showroom team in Dubai. In this role, you’ll act as both a product expert and advisor — helping clients explore Casamia’s curated selection of premium tile surfaces, from bold feature finishes to timeless classics.
Whether working with walk-in clients or collaborating with architects and designers, you'll offer creative, tailored solutions that elevate both residential and commercial spaces. If you have a love for materials, a sharp eye for detail, and thrive in a high-touch, design-focused environment, this role is for you. Key Responsibilities: Welcome and assist showroom visitors with warmth, professionalism, and expert product knowledge. Present and explain the features, materials, finishes, and layout options of our tile collections. Assess client needs and recommend bespoke solutions for both residential and commercial projects. Prepare detailed quotations, BOQs, and sales documentation accurately and promptly. Collaborate with design, operations, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery. Consistently meet and surpass sales objectives through expert product knowledge and exceptional client service. Proactively follow up on leads and inquiries to maximize sales opportunities. Stay updated on industry trends and new materials to provide informed advice, in addition to participating in ongoing training sessions and product knowledge workshops to stay updated on technical specs, materials, finishes, and global design trends. Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in tile sales, architectural finishes, or luxury interior product sales. Strong understanding of tile materials, finishes, and their appropriate applications. Experience engaging with interior designers, architects, and contractors is highly desirable. Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a luxury or design-focused retail environment. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex client requirements with flexibility. Excellent communication and client relationship-building skills. Proficient in preparing BOQs and interpreting architectural specifications. Degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field preferred. Familiarity with CRM tools and sales software is a plus.
