Job Details We're seeking a Technical Product Marketing Manager to join the Data Cloud product marketing organization. At Salesforce, Technical Product Marketers are master storytellers who simplify complex concepts into compelling narratives and innovative demos that drive pipeline and customer success.

For this role, you'll focus on Data Cloud, demonstrating how it unlocks value by powering Customer 360 apps, enhancing Agentforce, and amplifying existing data lake/warehouse investments for real-time insights and intelligent action. You'll be a hands-on innovator, capable of simplifying intricate data architecture, CRM, and AI concepts, crafting compelling content, and building engaging demos from concept to delivery. This highly collaborative position requires strong communication skills to present demos, messaging, and enablement to customers, partners, and internal teams, thriving cross-functionally with product, sales, and technical experts in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Partner closely with Product Management to understand product strategy and roadmap, then translate complex technology into compelling narratives and build and deliver powerful, engaging technical demos that showcase Data Cloud’s value. Through storytelling and demos showcase tangible use cases and ROI, which significantly influences sales cycles, accelerates customer adoption, and provides essential enablement for internal sales and solution engineering teams. Serve as a trusted technical evangelist for Data Cloud at industry events, webinars, analyst briefings, and customer advisory boards. Serve as a technical subject matter expert for Data Cloud, continuously monitoring industry trends, competitive landscapes, customer needs, and incorporate new technologies into our demos, events, keynotes, product launches, and release marketing. Develop succinct and effective sales training materials (training, FAQs, pitch decks, etc.), making it easy for non-technical sales to understand our complete suite technology. Required Skills

5-7+ years of product or technical marketing experience in enterprise SaaS, with a focus on data platforms, Customer Data Platforms (CDP), data lakes/lakehouses, or AI/ML technologies. Deep technical acumen and hands-on experience working with data architecture, AI/ML products, or real-time data systems. Proven expertise in end-to-end demo development, from compelling narrative creation to technical execution in demo videos and demo orgs. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present confidently to executives, vendors, partners, and customers. Consistent track record in defining and driving project execution with minimal guidance in fast-paced environments. Proficiency with relevant technical tools: Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, APIs, Apex, Java (a mix is preferred), and design tools like Figma. Hands-on experience developing diverse marketing assets, including pitch decks, webinars, blogs, and case studies. Excellent organizational skills to effectively manage and balance multiple projects with tight deadlines in a dynamic environment. Ability to record and produce polished demo videos using tools like Adobe Premiere, Camtasia, or Final Cut. Willingness and flexibility to travel to both domestic and international locations - up to 25% travel Preferred Skills:

Experience with Salesforce products and/or other B2B technology platforms. Salesforce Certifications (Administrator, Developer) and Trailhead badges are a plus, as is application development experience on the Salesforce Platform.
