Since 1800, when St. Madeleine Sophie Barat founded the Society of the Sacred Heart in France, Religious of the Society of the Sacred Heart and lay Sacred Heart educators have carried out her imperative of educational excellence. Today, the Network of Sacred Heart schools is an association of 25 Catholic schools across the United States and Canada, and nearly 150 schools internationally. HR Coordinator
plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department at Carrollton School. This position provides vital administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of HR processes related to onboarding, employee relations, compliance, benefits administration, and recordkeeping. The HR Coordinator assists with maintaining accurate employee documentation, managing internal databases, and supporting communication within the department. While not the primary point of contact, the coordinator offers additional support for employee inquiries and helps contribute to a professional, organized, and responsive HR environment. Qualifications:
Associate’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Bachelor’s degree preferred. 2 years of experience in an HR, administrative, or office coordination role; experience in a school setting is a plus. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and/or Google Workspace. Experience using HRIS systems and database management tools. Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to interact professionally with staff, administrators, and external partners. Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines. Proactive, resourceful, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Commitment to fostering a positive, respectful, and inclusive workplace.
