Role Overview

As our General Manager, you will lead our upcoming Perth Central location by facilitating outstanding student experiences, maintaining strong financial performance, and upholding high operational standards. Your responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day management in line with operating agreements, building stakeholder relationships, and leading a high-performing team. Focus areas include student wellbeing and asset management, ensuring delivery of UniLodge’s commitment to quality and service.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders such as investors, educational institutions, and owner groups.
• Develop a high-performing team through recruitment, training, performance management, and succession planning.
• Drive occupancy and revenue via effective rate management, competitor analysis, and strategic marketing.
• Foster relationships with universities, agents, and student networks to enhance brand visibility.
• Ensure high service standards and resident satisfaction, reflected in survey results.

Skills & Experience

To succeed, you should have:

• Valid National Police Check
• Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
• Valid WA Real Estate Agent Licence
• Strong problem-solving skills with composure under pressure
• Proven stakeholder engagement and customer service excellence
• Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills
