Position Overview Motivated, self-starter with strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize and complete tasks. This is a high-level CNC / Manual machinist position responsible for all aspects of the machine cell or improvement activity. The individual will be required to operate, set-up, and program/debug CNC machinery. Essential Functions Perform operations on CNC machining centers, lathes, and other machinery. Work from blueprints and job descriptions. Be fluent in G and M code and work with CAD/CAM programs such as Mastercam or Autodesk Inventor. Possess tool-making experience, in addition to CNC setups and programming. Maintain records and logs as needed. Receive guidance from experienced production leads and perform related duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma and technical school training with 3-5 years of experience. Ability to work from sketches, drawings, and blueprints. Effective communication skills and ability to follow instructions. Cooperative team player with a good work history and attendance record. Pre-employment drug screening required.
