This position is responsible for the design, development, testing and debugging of interfaces (integrations) between Workday and other applications/systems both external and internal to securely send and receive data in the areas of HCM, Supply chain, Finance and Payroll using various integration templates including but not limited to – EIB, CCW, CCTPP, GPC, PECI, PICOF, CCB, XSLTs and Studio. In collaboration with end-users, responsible for designing and modifying rules and requirements in Memorial's applications to support organizational needs and development. Provides day-to-day management of applications for complex or large applications; responsible for end-to-end application and systems configuration including designing, developing, testing, debugging and installation. Responsibilities include reviewing and recommending new technology fit, responding to escalated technical issues, providing expert solutions to build new user requirements and enhancements, preparing documentation, performing market and industry research, managing technical components such as application environment, servers, OS, network, databases, firewall, load balancer, managing business projects requiring high expertise, maintaining server hardware and software, leading business application development and deployment, mentoring junior administrators, testing and troubleshooting systems, analyzing business processes to improve using IT, building functionality for diagnostics and monitoring applications, designing and providing patches and upgrades, developing test plans, and designing web-based, mobile, cloud, and security interfaces. Requires critical thinking, effective communication, decisive judgment, ability to work with minimal supervision in stressful environments. Minimum 5 years relevant experience. Associates degree in Information Technology required; additional education in IT, Computer Science or related field preferred. Working conditions include various physical activities and exposure to biological and chemical hazards. This job is primarily for office workers and not eligible for shift differential.
