If you're passionate about sustainability, smart technology, and making a tangible impact-this is the opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define project objectives and develop detailed execution plans in collaboration with the Project Executive and Project Sponsor
- Lead and manage multiple small to medium-sized building automation projects simultaneously
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
- Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure alignment and smooth execution
- Navigate both construction-tier and direct-to-end-user project pathways
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
- Maintain strong communication across all levels of the project environment
- Adapt to dynamic and geographically dispersed project conditions
- Uphold Schneider Electric's standards for quality, safety, and customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (Engineering, Building Automation, or related field)
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant project management experience in building automation or a related industry
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, Building Automation Systems (BAS), and electronic control technologies
- Familiarity with ISO standards and compliance requirements
- Working knowledge of network infrastructure and communication protocols
- Ability to read and interpret control system drawings and schematics
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and professional scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project)
