Breakout Chef Opportunity!
It’s HIM — Hell’s Kitchen’s boldest cocktail bar and members’ social club — is building something extraordinary. We’re not just serving drinks; we’re creating a movement rooted in hospitality, identity, and cultural impact. Now, we’re seeking a chef ready to rise , collaborate, and lead our culinary program as we aim for Michelin recognition .
This is not a traditional executive chef role. This is a creative partnership — a chance to take the reins and build your name through our platform, brand, and vision.
We’re looking for a sous chef, CDP, or pop-up chef with serious skills, hunger, and creative fire. You may have worked in Michelin-starred kitchens — now it’s your turn to step into the spotlight.
What We’re Offering:
A blank canvas kitchen (oven + fryer) to design a tight, technique-driven, small-plate menu
A revenue share model or stipend structure — this is not a back-of-house gig, this is co-creation
A bar-forward, identity-driven brand that’s already buzzing in nightlife, now ready for culinary credibility
Full support with press, PR, and storytelling — we’re here to make you famous
A space that welcomes and uplifts our community and allies
What We’re Looking For:
A chef with fine dining or high-concept experience ready to take the lead
Someone who thrives in creative constraint (our kitchen has no grill or stove — just talent + innovation)
A deep understanding of flavor, plating, and identity — Michelin loves clarity of vision
Excitement about being part of something disruptive, design-forward, and queer-centered
Humble confidence — you're serious about excellence, but easy to work with
The Goal:
To build a signature food identity that complements our craft cocktails and earns a spot in the Michelin Guide — and eventually a star. We want your name next to ours when that moment comes.
Let’s Make Culinary History Together.
Send us your résumé, a short paragraph about your culinary point of view, and anything else that gives us a taste of you . If you’ve got vision, we’ve got the stage.
