The PA will independently manage post-operative orthopedic patients, focusing on inpatient rounding and discharge coordination. This role offers a chance to work autonomously within a collaborative surgical team, providing essential care to adult and geriatric patients. Position Highlights: Setting: Inpatient, elective orthopedic surgery
Call: None
Schedule: Monday–Friday (exact schedule to be confirmed)
Autonomy: Independent practice with remote physician support
Responsibilities: Rounding on post-operative orthopedic patients
Coordinating patient discharges
Performing basic procedures, including: Dressing changes
Line removal
Communicating with supervising providers as needed.

BLS Certification – REQUIRED
