Job DescriptionWork Schedule: 90% FTE, 36 hours/week. 12-hour day/evening shifts scheduled between the hours of 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM or 8:00 AM - 8:30 PM. Every other weekend, overnight on-call shifts and a holiday rotation required. We are looking for experienced Paramedics to join the HBHC interdisciplinary care team to provide care to hospitalized patients receiving acute care in their home, including clinical assessments, medication administration, vital sign collection, and patient education.
