is seeking a Medical Director to join our AAHA-accredited team! We offer up to $50K in bonuses, including sign-on, retention, and relocation assistance if applicable, along with the opportunity for a cash buy-in of up to 10% of the hospital. Located just 2 hours from Orlando, Vero Beach offers a relaxed atmosphere, affordability, and coastal living—where you can finish your shift and be at the beach in 10 minutes. The Opportunity: As Medical Director, you will provide medical leadership, ensure quality care, manage associate veterinarians, and oversee regulatory compliance. You will work with the Hospital Manager to oversee financial performance, budgets, staff, and practice management under NVA Divisional Leadership.
