They are currently seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to join the team on luxury multifamily high rises, local to Miami, FL. Coordinate and supervise all construction activities on-site, ensuring projects are completed within scope, budget, and schedule. Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure seamless communication and efficient project delivery. Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a secure work environment for all team members. Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively to meet or exceed client expectations. Provide leadership and mentorship to on-site teams, fostering a collaborative and positive work culture. Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks to ensure work meets high standards and complies with historical preservation guidelines. Proven track record of successfully managing and completing projects on time and within budget. In-depth knowledge of historical preservation techniques and guidelines. Strong understanding of hotel construction and renovation processes. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. OSHA certification and familiarity with local building codes and regulations. Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
