Pricing Analyst And Project Coordinator
Addison Group is working with our client, a leading manufacturing organization, to hire a Pricing Analyst and Project Coordinator. This direct hire role is based in Lincolnshire, IL and supports pricing strategy and project coordination across several business units. Approximately 80% of the role is focused on pricing analytics, while 20% involves coordinating cross-functional improvement projects. Key responsibilities include: Analyzing pricing data, including cost changes, margins, and discount structures Proposing pricing adjustments using customer and historical sales data Ensuring compliance with audit requirements and pricing approval workflows Managing and updating pricing records and discounting in SAP Supporting initiatives to improve pricing accuracy and reduce manual tasks Collaborating with purchasing, warehouse, sales, and operations teams Calculating business math elements such as margin analysis and profitability evaluations Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of experience in pricing analysis or related business math roles High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred Prior experience in the distribution industry strongly preferred Advanced Excel skills (including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs) Familiarity with SAP/S4 Hana required Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Ability to collaborate across departments and manage multiple projects independently Perks: Great work/life balance!
