Warehouse Lead - Day Shift
Our client, a leader in the warehouse and logistics industry, is seeking a Warehouse Lead - Day Shift to join their team. As a Warehouse Lead, you will be part of the operations team supporting efficient warehouse activities. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative spirit which will align successfully in the organization. Location: Vancouver, WA Pay Range: $24.52 to $25.50 per hour Shift: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm What's the Job? Assist the Warehouse Supervisor in coordinating and organizing warehouse activities and personnel. Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and regulatory guidelines during all warehouse operations. Oversee the accurate receipt of raw materials into the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and facilitate quality sampling. Coordinate the activities of workers engaged in lifting, transporting, storing, and loading materials. Operate forklifts to assist in loading and moving materials and products as needed. What's Needed? High school diploma or GED plus one (1) year of relevant experience. Knowledge of receiving and warehousing procedures and documentation requirements. Ability to train employees and manage work assignments effectively. Strong analytical skills to solve problems and make evaluative judgments.
