Maintenance Technician II - Day Shift

Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician II, you will be part of the maintenance department supporting a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, the ability to work collaboratively, and a commitment to safety which will align successfully in the organization. Location: Vancouver, WA Pay Range: $33.61 to $35.00 plus $1 shift differential Shift: Monday - Wednesday and every other Thursday 5:00am - 5:00pm What's the Job? Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on manufacturing and packaging equipment. Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), safety protocols, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Assist and direct team members to ensure all scheduled preventive maintenance and repairs are completed effectively. Interpret and enforce company policies and safety/environmental regulations. Provide direction to external contractors/vendors performing building maintenance as needed. What's Needed? High School diploma or GED required. 3-5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment required. Knowledge of PLCs, process control systems, and mechanical systems. Ability to read and interpret schematics, diagrams, and sketches. Strong analytical skills and the ability to work nights and weekends as required. What's in it for me?
