Manage multiple millwork projects from award through installation. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and general contractors. Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, submittals, and procurement. Coordinate with internal teams including engineering, drafting, and shop personnel. Ensure all project milestones and deliverables are met with precision and professionalism. Proactively identify risks and resolve issues before they impact timeline or quality. Maintain a high standard of client satisfaction and communication throughout the project lifecycle. 5+ years of project management experience in custom millwork or architectural interiors. Proven ability to run projects independently with minimal oversight. Strong knowledge of millwork fabrication, installation, and detailing. Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Procore, or similar). Experience working with high-end commercial, hospitality, or institutional clients is a plus. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field preferred. What's on Offer
