Job Description
Manage construction projects from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring all aspects are delivered on time and within budget. Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to drive project goals and resolve issues. Oversee project schedules, cost tracking, procurement, RFIs, submittals, and change orders. Ensure compliance with all safety standards, regulations, and client requirements. Lead job site meetings, track progress, and provide timely reporting to stakeholders and leadership. The Successful Applicant
10+ years of experience as a Project Manager with a GC, ideally in K-12, municipal, or commercial sectors Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Familiarity with construction software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam) Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred Local market knowledge (South Florida) What's on Offer
