Job Requirements While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or control; talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; reach with hands and arms; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Factory environment includes exposure to varying temperatures, noise levels, and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Travel predicted as less than 10%. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Inventory accuracy percentage On-time delivery rate Inventory turnover ratio Job Description Education & Experience Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. Minimum of 2 years of managerial/leadership experience. Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing or supply chain roles. Proficiency with computer hardware and software, including MS Office (Excel, Word), MS Project, and Adobe. Familiarity with ERP systems and their functionality. Strong communication, problem-solving, and motivational skills. Certification to operate light-duty forklifts and equipment (e.g., Lull, Man-Lift). Ability to lift 50 pounds. Capability to work in a fast-paced environment and perform physically demanding tasks, including repetitive motions and heavy lifting. Familiarity with tools like pallet jacks and lift trucks; ability to climb and operate warehouse equipment. Flexible scheduling availability. Experience working with diverse teams and departments.
