Oversee day-to-day onsite construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams to maintain workflow efficiency. Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety regulations and company standards. Conduct site inspections and resolve any issues that may arise during construction. Maintain project schedules, track progress, and report updates to leadership. Manage site logistics, including materials, equipment, and workforce coordination. Communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders. Oversee quality control to ensure high standards of workmanship. Address and resolve any unforeseen construction challenges in a timely manner. Mentor and support field staff, promoting a team-oriented work environment. 5+ years of experience as a Project Superintendent or foreman/supervisor. Experience with demolition is a must, asbestos is a huge plus. Software proficiency including: Microsoft Suite, Procore, Word & Excel. OSHA 10 certified (MUST have). OSHA 30 certified (preferred). What's on Offer
