Key Responsibilities Oversee all phases of construction: pre-construction planning, design coordination, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, on-site execution, and closeout. Act as the primary liaison between clients, architects, engineers, consultants, and internal teams. Manage project budgets and schedules, proactively identifying and resolving potential challenges. Lead subcontractor selection, negotiations, contracting, and performance oversight. Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and alignment with project specifications and design intent. Conduct regular site walks, lead client meetings, and deliver progress updates. Uphold the highest standards of craftsmanship, detail, and aesthetics throughout the build. 8+ years of experience managing luxury residential, winery, or hospitality construction projects. Proven track record of delivering complex, multimillion-dollar custom builds from concept through completion. Strong knowledge of architectural detailing, MEP systems, and Bay Area permitting processes. Skilled communicator and leader, with strong negotiation and client management abilities. Proficient in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project). Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
