Addison Group is partnering with a well-established organization in the financial legal sector to find an experienced and polished Executive Assistant. This is a high-visibility role supporting senior-level professionals in a dynamic and fast-paced office environment. This Executive Assistant will provide top-tier support to a group of senior executives, helping to manage schedules, coordinate travel, and maintain seamless day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will be proactive, highly organized, and professional, with prior experience supporting high-level stakeholders. Coordinate complex, multi-leg domestic and international travel itineraries and ensure timely submission of expense reports. Manage multiple executive calendars with precision, proactively resolving scheduling conflicts and ensuring logistical needs are met. Maintain contact databases and compile information for reports, presentations, or internal documentation as needed. Handle general office support tasks such as fielding calls, greeting clients, managing files, processing invoices, and drafting correspondence. Contribute to special projects and team initiatives; serve as a mentor or resource to other administrative professionals when appropriate. 37 years of experience in an Executive Assistant role, preferably within investment banking or financial services. Demonstrated experience managing busy calendars, complex travel arrangements, and expense processing. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Highly professional demeanor with polished interpersonal skills. Proven ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and remain adaptable in a high-pressure environment.
