Regional Total Rewards Specialist

Compensation & Market Analysis Conduct compensation benchmarking using reputable survey sources to assess internal equity and external competitiveness. Partner with HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition to evaluate and recommend competitive salary offers and internal job leveling. Support the design and annual review of base pay structures, salary ranges, and job architecture within the region. Perform market pricing analysis and provide insights to ensure alignment with compensation philosophy and compliance with local labor laws. Incentive Programs Assist in the design, implementation, and administration of short-term and long-term incentive programs, including annual bonus plans and sales incentive schemes. Monitor and report on incentive plan performance and effectiveness; suggest improvements based on data insights and business feedback. Support financial modeling and cost analysis for incentive programs in collaboration with Finance and regional HR teams. Benefits & Recognition Provide support in reviewing and benchmarking regional benefits programs to ensure market competitiveness and cost-effectiveness. Collaborate on the implementation of employee recognition initiatives to drive engagement and retention. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field. 3-6 years of experience in compensation, total rewards, or HR analytics, preferably in a regional or global organization. Strong expertise in compensation benchmarking, market analysis, and incentive plan administration. Previous experience in working with both hourly and salaried employee populations. What's on Offer
