As Superintendent, you will be responsible for the following: Supervise all on-site construction activities for tenant-in-place interior renovations Coordinate daily work with subcontractors, trades, and vendors Ensure project is built to plans, specs, and schedule Communicate and coordinate with tenants to minimize disruption Enforce safety protocols and ensure DOB/OSHA compliance Conduct daily walkthroughs and manage punch lists Follow NYC Building and Construction industry standards, codes, and procedures Report progress to Project Manager and Developer leadership MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in multifamily residential rehab Experience with occupied renovations (tenant-in-place) is required Strong knowledge of NYC building codes and DOB procedures Comfortable working on NYCHA or other affordable housing projects Excellent communication and coordination skills OSHA 30 required; SST preferred Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus What's on Offer
