Project Manager Mid-Sized Gc Kansas City

Looking for a 2+ year PM to grown into an SPM within few years. Top of market compensation package: high base, company truck, & 20% bonuses. About Our Client

My client is a mid-sized Commercial General Contractor that was founded in 1987. They just celebrated their 38th anniversary this July. They have about 25 employees total between the office and the field. In terms of projects, they are diversified in what they build which allows them to stay really busy in the industry. They touch all market sectors - some examples of projects they do frequently are churches, banks, car washes, retirement homes, medical clinics - all being a mix of Ground Up, TI, and Remodels. As a firm they do around $25-$30M per year - for 2025 and 2026 they have a strong backlog, making it an amazing time to get your foot in the door with them. Project sizes are typically a bit smaller around $2-3M (this is their sweet spot) but they can get up to $15M-20M on some projects. Main goal for my client over the next 5 years is growth for the company and for their employees. They like to promote from within and grow individuals within the company. Their culture is excellent - it is something they pride themselves on. Their culture is filled with intelligent people who are humble, hardworking and honest. Very collaborative work environment, have morning huddles every morning with all the office staff. Very much run a horizontal business model where everyone looks out for everyone. Job Description
