The Director of Career Connected Learning and Workforce will lead and oversee the MCESC'S vision, strategy, and implementation of career-connected learning, career and technical education (CTE), work-based learning initiatives, and partnerships with business and industry. This role will help expand equitable access to high-quality pathways that prepare all students for college, career, and life.

Qualifications Required:
Master's degree in education, workforce development, public administration, or a related field. Minimum of five years of progressively responsible leadership experience in career-connected learning, CTE, workforce development, or a related field. Deep understanding of career and technical education, work-based learning models, and industry partnerships. Proven ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships with diverse stakeholders, including business leaders, educators, and community partners. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Commitment to leading innovative work that makes a real difference in students' lives. Preferred:
