3 years experience in commercial construction as a Superintendent OSHA 30 First Aid/CPR Certification Degree in Construction Management or related field preferred but not required. Proven ability to manage mid-to-large-scale commercial construction projects with multiple subcontractors and trades. Experience with layout and grading, project phasing, and sequencing. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Project, Outlook) and construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam, etc.). Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
