Practice Coordinator Location(s):

San Francisco, CA Key Responsibilities: Perform back office administrative tasks as the primary duty. Support front desk coverage as needed. Handle a patient volume of 60–80 patients per day. Candidate Preferences & Prioritization: Candidates will be considered in the following order: First Priority:

Fully compliant and APeX-trained. Second Priority:

APeX-trained and partially compliant. Third Priority:

Previously worked at University but not compliant. Last Priority:

Meet general qualifications but no APeX training or compliance. Minimum Qualifications: At least 6 months of relevant experience. Experience in clinical administrative support. Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. Desired Soft Skills: Embodies UniversityPRIDE values. Patient, kind, flexible, and open to learning.
