Program Coordinator II
for our programs in Alameda County.
About the Role : The
Program Coordinator II
will supervise the provision of services to program participants in the County, through direct staff supervision of staff.

How You Make An Impact
Provide supervision and leadership and supervision to the assigned team. Participate in county wide meetings, provide feedback on successes and necessary system re-designs. Engage in on-going tracking and evaluation of program goals and effectiveness. Provide support to staff when dealing with client crises and problem solving with managers on challenging participant situations. Provide feedback, coaching training, and disciplinary action as needed.â¯â¯ Work withâ¯staff to ensure in real time and accurate data entry is occurring.â¯â¯ Work with Data Specialists on reporting to funders and stakeholders on program activities.⯠Monitor assigned employee’s contacts with participants to ensure maximization of funding and program deliverables are met.â¯â¯ Facilitate case conferencing and administrative meetings. Develop materials, assessment tools, job descriptions, and other program processes/documents/tools. Develop program policy and procedures, services delivery, and other aspects of the program. Other duties as assigned.
How You Meet Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in psychology, Human Services, Social Work, Sociology, or related field, or equivalent experience. 3 years of professional experience in the human services, social work, or related field and demonstrated experience working collaboratively with low-income families. 1 year of direct experience in the provision and supervision of services to individuals who are homeless and/or have extremely low incomes. Flexible schedule to work evening and weekend hours as needed. Use of personal vehicle and proof of a valid and current California Driver’s License and current insurance along with a clean DMV record required.â¯â¯
