Our Client, a Commercial Banking company, is looking for a Workday Functional Lead -Prism for their Remote (Atlanta, GA/Charlotte, NC/Greensboro, NC/Richmond, VA/Orlando, FL/Winston-Salem, NC) location.
Responsibilities:
Design, build and manage Prism datasets, derived data sources to meet reporting and analytics needs. Develop and maintain calculated fields, custom reports (Advanced, Matrix, Composite). Design and manage Prism data pipelines - ingestion , transformation and modeling data within Workday. Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) /Lead for Workday Prism and related data integrated solutions. Participate in system testing, troubleshooting and deplyment support. Provided expertise on Workday capabilities and industry best practices. Performance Optimization Provide leadership and mentorship to junior Prism developers and analyst.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in HR Technology projects and teams. Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Workday Reporting and Prism. Hands-on experience with building Prism pipelines, data transformations, and managing high volumes of data within the Workday Prism Analytics platform. Proficiency in data blending, joins and relationship modeling in Prism. Strong understanding of Workday core HCM, Workday security. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adopt to frequent changes. Excellent analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a team and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Agile Experience Experience using Rally Agile tool Experience in SQL and Workday Extend.
