We’re looking for a strategic and creative Product Marketing Manager to join our Customer Success and Professional Services Marketing team at Salesforce. This is a high-impact role for someone passionate about storytelling, executive engagement, and translating innovation into compelling narratives that resonate across key marketing channels. In this role, you’ll bring our Customer Success and Professional Services story to life across analyst relations, webinars, and event content. You’ll ensure our messaging is cohesive, high-quality, on-brand, and aligned with our most critical innovations, especially during major company moments like Dreamforce, World Tours, and product launches.

Role & Responsibilities:

Own and evangelize our narrative across key channels: Shape and evolve the Customer Success and Professional Services story to reflect new innovations, customer outcomes, and thought leadership. Channel execution: Activate messaging across analyst relations, events, and webinars, ensuring alignment and consistency across all touchpoints. Drive high-quality content: Develop and manage polished content for high-impact moments, including event session slides, speaker briefs, webinars, and session abstracts. Partner cross-functionally:

Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, product, analyst relations, and communications teams to align messaging and execution. Engage with executives: Support senior leaders with compelling messaging and materials that elevate our story and position Salesforce as a leader in Customer Success. Operate with speed:

Thrive in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment where agility, creativity, and precision are key. Requirements:

5–7 years of experience in product marketing, customer marketing, program management, or customer-facing roles. Experience in B2B or enterprise marketing, preferably in technology or services. Strong storytelling and messaging skills; able to distill complexity into crisp, compelling content. Experience in executive communications and building narratives for senior audiences. Proven ability to work cross-functionally and build strong relationships across teams. Meticulous attention to detail, deadlines, and consistency. Positive, creative, and can-do mindset with the ability to adapt to changing priorities. Agency management experience is a plus.
