Create strategies to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Lead, mentor, and coach staff to ensure excellent service. Manage daily operations including inventory, scheduling, and cash handling. Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and food safety standards. Drive sales through marketing and promotional campaigns. Analyze financial performance and implement improvements. Foster a positive, collaborative work environment. Maintain regulatory compliance and a safe, clean workplace. Requirements
Proven experience as a General Manager in the Food/Hospitality sector managing high-volume outlets. Strong leadership and motivational skills. Business acumen and financial analysis skills. Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities. Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Knowledge of health and safety regulations. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
