Interested candidates or colleagues can contact : Angela Jones Executive Talent Partner LI-Onsite Job Summary : Provides regional leadership for facility planning, design, construction, plant operations, maintenance, security, real estate, environmental safety, and emergency preparedness. Collaborates with system peers to develop innovative, best-practice solutions applicable system-wide. Job Responsibilities and Requirements : PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Leads and develops a high-performing facilities and real estate team across the region. Works with regional leadership to meet facilities and real estate needs. Reports to the System VP, Facilities & Real Estate. Direct reports typically include directors for PDC, security, plant operations, environmental safety, and real estate management. Participates in strategic planning with senior regional leadership, ensuring facilities and real estate support regional goals. Maintains a Strategic Facility Master Plan aligned with system strategies. Ensures proper maintenance and optimization of assets through Facility Condition Assessments and infrastructure capital planning. Leads real estate transactions including acquisition, divestiture, leasing, and negotiations, following system policies. Collaborates on policies for safe, efficient, and effective facilities development and maintenance. Manages capital project delivery, including planning, standards, compliance, and performance reviews. Leads security services, ensuring leadership, standards, and resources for a safe environment. Oversees environmental safety programs, ensuring compliance with OSHA, EPA, TJC, and other agencies, and manages disaster preparedness initiatives. Performs other duties as assigned. EDUCATION Bachelor’s degree required. EXPERIENCE Minimum ten years of technical experience, with at least five in leadership roles.
