SAP Technical Lead - SAP Program Manager

Our client, Sutherland Digital Services Inc, is seeking the following. Apply via Dice today! SAP Principal Technical Lead (Program Level) - Downstream Oil & Gas Location: Ft. Lauderdale Area, FL (onsite) Consultants with Oil and Gas industry experience are mandatory. Key Skills: SAP S/4HANA Solution Architecture (with IS-Oil Focus): Deep expertise in designing and architecting SAP S/4HANA solutions tailored to downstream oil & gas operations, especially using IS-Oil components (e.g., Traders and Schedulers Workbench, Energy Pricing, Hydrocarbon Product Management). SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP): Proficient in implementing and integrating BTP services such as Integration Suite, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), and Optical Character Recognition (OCR), aligning them with business processes like Quote-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay. Downstream Oil & Gas Industry Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of downstream oil and gas business processes (marketing, distribution, trading), compliance requirements, and SAP industry-specific best practices. SAP Module Integration Expertise: Strong hands-on knowledge of S/4HANA modules: MM, SD, FI/CO, PM, PS, and CX components (CPQ, Sales, Service), and their interconnections in enterprise solutions. Full Lifecycle SAP Implementation Leadership: Proven experience leading complex SAP implementations using SAP Activate methodology, from Discover to Run phases, with emphasis on data migration and third-party integrations. SAP Development & Extensibility Frameworks: Understanding of Fiori/UI5, CDS Views, and programming models such as CAP and RAP, to lead technical teams in custom development and extensibility efforts. Integration & Data Migration Expertise: Skilled in SAP PI/PO, APIs, and SAP data migration tools/methodologies, ensuring seamless system connectivity and data integrity across platforms. Stakeholder and Executive Communication: Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, facilitate workshops, and present technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders. Leadership & Team Management: Ability to lead large, cross-disciplinary teams across functional and technical streams, providing mentorship and direction at a program level. Agile & Hybrid Project Delivery Experience: Familiarity with Agile/Hybrid methodologies in enterprise environments, especially for digital transformation projects in energy/oil & gas sectors.
