Role Description This is a part-time hybrid role for a Scheduling Agent located near Hayward, CA. The Scheduling Agent will be responsible for managing customer appointments, responding to inquiries, coordinating repair schedules, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional customer service. The role also involves diagnosing basic issues to streamline repairs and optimizing scheduling to meet service demands. Qualifications Experience in customer service, appointment scheduling, and record-keeping Ability to diagnose basic technical issues for accurate scheduling Excellent organizational and time-management skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in using scheduling software and basic computer skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Previous experience in the tech repair industry is a plus High school diploma or equivalent qualification required Seniority level
