Senior Executive/ Assistant Manager, Treasury (Central/ Up to $6,000)

Job order: 751787 Responsibilities: Evaluate and execute funding strategies for vessels, containers, and related assets by selecting optimal financing instruments such as bank loans, operating leases, finance leases, and bonds. Secure and sustain appropriate credit ratings from international rating agencies. Acquire carbon credits through over-the-counter (OTC) markets under ISDA agreements and ensure settlement with counterparties in accordance with relevant regional regulations. Manage FTC (Finance Treasury Center) incentives within global corporate structures. Provide financial support to business units, including conducting financial due diligence and building financial models to support strategic decision-making. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent Possess minimum 3 years of treasury experience in the shipping industry. Demonstrated strong financial acumen and expertise in executing funding activities.
