AI Content Strategist

1 day ago Be among the first 25 applicants Were hiring an AI Content Strategist to join our rapidly growing startup in Palo Alto. Were in stealth so you wont find much about us but we have raised a large amount of VC funding to build our own AI agents & AI models for content production. This role is the first of its kind in the content industry as youll be using AI daily through helping edit AI generated content as well as working with our AI engineers to refine our proprietary models. Our current product is to produce founder-led content for CEOs, VCs and Execs to post on social media. Youll act as both the main point of contact for our customers and also edit AI-generated content to match their tone & style. What Youll Do Conduct interviews and onboarding calls with clients to define tone, extract stories, and build trust Work with clients to permit us access to their social media accounts Work with clients to get approval for content we create (social media posts, graphics etc) Review AI-generated and freelance-written content for tone and accuracy based on client inputs Flag content risks or style mismatches and coordinate fixes with editorial team Curate and organize raw materials (transcripts, memos, decks) into usable inputs for content creation Maintain and update tone guides and editorial SOPs per client Act as a first line of editorial quality assurance in fast production cycles You Should Have 5+ years of experience across content strategy, customer success, editorial, or content operations Hold a Humanities-related degree Strong editing instincts and experience working with founder/exec-level content Excellent communication skills, especially in client-facing interviews or check-ins Comfortable reviewing and shaping content across multiple industries (AI, SaaS, Consumer, etc.) Organized and proactive can keep multiple client content pipelines moving Seniority level
