Project Manager

to function as a

Product Owner

within our technology team. This hybrid role requires someone who can bridge the gap between business goals and engineering execution leading project delivery while shaping and refining the product vision. Youll own the product backlog, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and ensure our tech teams are aligned, efficient, and focused on delivering impactful solutions. Responsibilities: Product Ownership Own and manage the product backlog define user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritization based on business value

Serve as the voice of the customer and internal stakeholders in technical planning discussions

Drive backlog grooming, and daily standups with engineering teams

Translate business needs into actionable requirements and ensure clarity and alignment across all levels

Project Management Lead project planning, timelines, scope, and execution across multiple cross-functional initiatives

Manage dependencies, risks, and deliverables while tracking milestones

Communicate project updates to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency

Cross-functional Collaboratio n Partner with product, design, engineering, operations, and data teams to ensure consistent product delivery

Facilitate alignment between technical feasibility, customer needs, and business priorities

Advocate for scalable, resilient, and user-centric technology solutions

What are we looking for? 35+ years of experience in project or product management, ideally in a tech or SaaS environment

Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)

Experience owning product backlogs and working closely with engineering teams

Exceptional communication, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills

Comfort navigating technical discussions with developers and non-technical partners

Experience with Salesforce is a huge plus

familiarity with workflows, integrations, or platform customization is highly valued

Bonus: experience with software development, APIs, or platform-based products
