Producer
to help build an efficient production environment. This role is crucial in our game development process, supporting our developers in delivering high-quality content. Daily Responsibilities Support leaders and cross-functional teams in incremental delivery with frequent integration. Manage cohesive teams around shared goals, fostering self-organization and empowerment. Optimize for delivering value across the entire game, not just within individual teams. Identify actionable improvements, bottlenecks, and queues; apply systems thinking and lean principles. Visualize and systematically remove waste and impediments. Ensure vision and goals are clearly set, transparent, and understood at all levels. Encourage teams to own and resolve their impediments. Support team growth in size and quality through coaching and mentoring. Qualifications At least 3 years of experience as a Producer in game development. Experience working with cross-functional teams, preferably in Agile environments. Understanding of technical limitations and pipelines in game development. Positive, constructive attitude. Experience with project management tools. A passion for games. Nice to Have Experience in developing and shipping AAA titles. Experience coaching teams in Agile practices. Knowledge of Jira and Confluence. Additional Information This position is based in Boston, US, with hybrid or full-time in-office work.
