KPMG is currently seeking a Director, IT Cybersecurity and Risk Management to join our KPMG Delivery Network organization.
Responsibilities:
Work closely with KDN, Global, and member firm National Information Technology Security Officer (NITSO) and Risk Management teams to coordinate cybersecurity efforts.
Manage security analysts, ethical hackers, risk and compliance analysts, as well as the appropriate risk management representatives.
Deliver quantifiable benefits through measurable performance metrics.
Improve and maintain KDN's IT Security Risk Profile.
Manage compliance with Regulatory Requirements.
Drive efficiency through team leadership and mentorship.
Qualifications:
Minimum seven years of recent experience in cybersecurity, IT risk management, and leading security teams with ten years of professional work experience in an IT environment.
Bachelor's degree in information technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field (master's preferred).
Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, standards, and best practices.
Exceptional leadership, strategic planning, and team management skills.
Proficiency in risk assessment methodologies and tools.
