About the Role Marvin is seeking a data-driven, systems-minded

Growth Email Marketing Manager

with deep expertise in

email

and

lifecycle

marketing, and a strong understanding of B2B2C and B2B go-to-market dynamics— within healthcare or health tech. In this role, you’ll focus on designing and optimizing marketing infrastructure and automated engagement programs that drive enrollment, retention, and product utilization across Marvin’s health system partners. You will lead the orchestration of multi-step, data-informed lifecycle journeys, ensure efficient campaign operations, and build the tooling, testing frameworks, and analytics needed to scale our impact across both B2B and B2B2C channels. Key Responsibilities Own lifecycle program strategy and execution, including automated onboarding, re-engagement, and retention journeys tailored to health system clients and their clinician populations

Lead marketing ops infrastructure and tooling, managing campaign workflows, audience segmentation, lead routing, and experimentation frameworks via platforms like Iterable

Develop and maintain a marketing operations roadmap, focused on automation, integration, and scalability of lifecycle communications

Build and manage dynamic audiences and lifecycle cohorts, leveraging behavioral and demographic data and AI tools to tailor campaign triggers and messaging

Partner with Data, Product, and Engineering to improve data access, event tracking, and marketing attribution

Analyze campaign and lifecycle performance (email engagement, conversion rates, cohort retention) and deliver actionable insights to leadership

Collaborate with Content and Client Success to align lifecycle strategy with B2B partner goals, onboarding flows, and client milestones

Ensure compliance and deliverability best practices across all communications

Qualifications 5–8 years of experience in

marketing operations ,

lifecycle marketing , or

growth marketing , ideally in B2B2C or SaaS settings

Deep proficiency with marketing automation platforms like Iterable, HubSpot, or Braze

Experience building and managing complex lifecycle journeys and operational workflows

Strong analytical skills and experience with

campaign experimentation and A/B testing

Familiarity with

CRM and customer data platform integrations

(e.g., Salesforce, Segment)

Ability to communicate technical concepts and marketing insights across cross-functional teams

Comfortable operating in a

high-growth, fast-paced startup environment

Passionate about healthcare and building systems that support clinician wellbeing
