Responsibilities
Attend pre-convention meetings Perform on-site billing review with clients as requested Coordinate billing setup with FSC prior to group arrival Coordinate invoicing for deposits with FSC Monitor collection of past due deposits Coordinate group commission payments with FSC Post charges for third-party vendors as required Scan backup to FSC for locally posted charges Process invoices for third-party vendors for payment and billing Complete group and catering workbooks before and after events Verify PM accounts established 45 days prior to group arrival Arrange for cash paid outs as needed by clients Monitor direct billing and approval processes Serve as the first point of contact for FSC regarding missing information, questions, or disputes Research check payment questions from the cash applications group Manage open folio issues and train staff on handling them Review bills locally upon request Perform physical and mental effort requirements as explained Perform other duties as assigned About Us
