Priority Plumbing and Heating is growing and expanding throughout Colorado. Our office in Littleton is looking for the BEST-OF-THE-BEST in customer service and dispatch to help us to continue to grow. Service Titan CRM Software knowledge is required. Primary responsibilities with this position include managing the relationships with our largest clients and managing their overall client satisfaction to the highest degree while ensuring profitability as well as invoicing and payment collection confirmation. This position requires taking a high volume of incoming calls. Additional duties will include answering phones, scheduling service calls, and dispatching on-call technicians for PLUMBING and HVAC with a major emphasis on follow up to existing clients. You will also be a huge part of delivering the customer service we strive for by being the first point of contact for many of our customers. We pride ourselves on an enjoyable work environment.
