What You'll Do: As a Maintenance Technician at Limestone Ridge Apartments, your work will keep our community running smoothly. From fixing plumbing and HVAC issues to performing regular upkeep, you'll ensure residents have a safe, comfortable place to live. Key Responsibilities: Repair and maintain HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, appliances, boilers, and pool systems

Oversee unit turnovers, manage work orders, and schedule vendor services when needed

Perform routine maintenance, including grounds care, safety inspections, and preventative maintenance

Assist in managing budgets for maintenance and capital projects

Respond to emergency repair requests and resolve issues efficiently

Participate in the on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies

Support other Oakbrook properties in the region when necessary

What We're Looking For: We need someone who is detail-oriented, self-motivated, and ready to take on a variety of maintenance tasks. You should be a problem-solver who can handle both routine maintenance and urgent repairs, all while providing top-notch service to our residents. Key Skills & Qualities: Strong troubleshooting and maintenance skills across multiple systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.)

Ability to manage time effectively and complete tasks efficiently

Excellent communication skills for working with residents and the team

Proactive mindset with a commitment to quality and safety

Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision

Preferred Experience & Qualifications: Previous experience in property maintenance or a related field

Knowledge of residential building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, etc.)

High school diploma or GED (trade certifications preferred)

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required

Personal hand tools required
