Job Summary Serve as the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm and efficient check-in and check-out process. Responsibilities • Greet guests and assist with check-in and check-out procedures. • Provide information about the resort and local attractions. • Handle guest requests, inquiries, and reservations. • Manage billing and payment processes accurately. • Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to meet guest needs. Preferred Qualifications • Previous experience in a similar role within luxury hospitality. • Strong communication skills and attention to detail. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. • Familiarity with property or outlet-specific needs (e.g., Boonfly, FARM, Hilltop). • Team player mentality and a commitment to maintaining the resort’s high standards.
