We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team during an exciting period of organizational transformation. The ideal candidate will provide expert guidance, lead strategic initiatives, and drive programs that foster cultural, operational, and workforce transformation. As a Senior HRBP, you will collaborate with senior leaders, managers, and employees to align HR strategies with our organizational goals, ensuring workforce engagement and adaptability through data and AI-driven insights. You will report to the VP, People Team. Key Responsibilities
Strategic Partnership Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing data-driven insights and strategic HR guidance to support transformation objectives. Partner with business leaders to identify talent needs, organizational design changes, and workforce planning strategies. Present HR solutions aligned with long-term goals, including AI-driven HR process improvements and talent strategies. Change Management Lead HR aspects of organizational change, including restructuring and culture shifts. Develop change management strategies to enhance employee engagement and support AI-related role adjustments. Assist leaders in managing resistance and building trust during transitions. Talent Development and Workforce Planning Create strategies to retain key talent during and after transformations. Facilitate succession planning, leadership development, and upskilling initiatives. Redefine roles, competencies, and performance expectations in collaboration with teams. Employee Relations and Culture Advocate for organizational culture, ensuring alignment with core values and transformation goals. Partner with leaders to foster an inclusive and equitable workplace. Provide guidance on employee relations issues, ensuring compliance and alignment with company values. Data Analysis Utilize HR analytics to monitor transformation progress, identify trends, and generate insights. Track and report key HR metrics such as engagement, retention, and performance to inform decisions. About You
8+ years of progressive HR experience, including benefits, compensation, talent management, and employment law, with the ability to engage subject matter experts when needed. Experience working with software development organizations, such as Engineering or Product teams. Proven ability to partner with business leaders and lead strategic HR initiatives in a startup environment. Strong relationship-building skills to support challenging situations and boost team morale. Data-driven approach to organizational planning and workforce management. Location
Seattle, WA Our hybrid work model includes three days in the office each week, combining in-person collaboration with remote flexibility. Compensation
Base Salary:
$132,000 - $182,000. Salaries are determined based on factors such as experience, skills, and market conditions. Cash Incentives:
