Batash Endoscopic Weight Loss is seeking a part time endoscopic technician / circulator to join our team in Miami. Batash is a leading provider in endobariatrics and of non-surgical weight loss procedures. This is a part-time role. The schedule and hours are set according to business needs. Responsibilities:
Assist during endoscopic weight loss procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort. Reprocess endoscopic instruments and equipment following established protocols. Assists with equipment management by troubleshooting and following-up on all equipment issues. Collaborate effectively with the medical team to provide high-quality patient care. Prepare and maintain endoscopy suites before, during, and after procedures. Monitor and document patient vitals and procedure details. Provide education and support to patients regarding their procedures. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to infection control standards. Qualifications and Requirements
Previous experience in GI procedural assistance and/or reprocessing. Strong ability to work collaboratively within a medical team. Ability to follow and apply the practice's existing clinical and administrative guidelines and procedures (no exceptions); Certificate of Medical Assistant training or equivalent is a plus; Heartsaver Certification from American Heart Association and/or BCLS is a plus. Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in an accredited Ambulatory Surgical Center or Office Based Surgery center is preferred. Relevant licenses or certifications are a plus.
