This key leadership position is essential for shaping our medical strategy and fostering a culture of excellence within the unit. You will lead the global oncology medical affairs strategy, execute GMAO plans, and build strong relationships with key opinion leaders, payors, and patient representatives globally. Your role will include providing medical and scientific leadership, ensuring technical oversight for all OBU programs, and collaborating with R&D to define and implement the oncology pipeline development strategy. The ideal candidate will possess an M.D., with a solid background in hematology, oncology, and solid tumors. Experience in rare diseases or immunology will be a plus. You should have an established record in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in medical affairs and clinical development, along with biopharmaceutical leadership. Your ability to influence key stakeholders and a comprehensive understanding of the pharmaceutical value chain will be vital.
