Description Conduct thorough evaluations of patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings, crafting personalized treatment plans Implement focused physical therapy techniques centered on improving mobility, strength, balance, and overall function Engage in a collaborative approach by working with nurses, doctors, case managers, and rehabilitation professionals to optimize patient outcomes Provide education to patients and their families about therapeutic goals, discharge planning, and at-home exercises Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, treatments provided, and patient progress following facility and regulatory standards Take part in care team rounds and interdisciplinary meetings to ensure seamless care delivery Education

Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or an equivalent degree from an accredited educational institution Certifications

State licensure required for practicing as a

Physical Therapist CPR certification is preferred Additional specialized certifications (e.g., in neurological or geriatric therapy) are advantageous but not mandatory Skills

Previous experience in a clinical setting is highly preferred Ability to address complex medical and mobility challenges with empathy and expertise Strong communication and collaboration abilities are essential Familiarity with digital documentation and clinical charting systems is expected Benefits
