Family Nurse Practitioner
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our healthcare team at a small rural hospital in Northern California. As an FNP, you will play a vital role in providing primary care services to individuals and families in our community.
Qualifications: Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing from an accredited program. Current certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) from a recognized certifying body. Active and unrestricted license to practice as a Nurse Practitioner in the state of California. Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as an FNP, preferably in primary care or a similar setting. Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a patient-centered approach to care. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and record-keeping. Commitment to providing high-quality, culturally sensitive care to patients of all ages and backgrounds. Willingness to reside in or relocate to the rural Northern California area.
